You’ve already seen the resurrected Ford Bronco cruising around the roads and highways of Stuart and beyond. Of course, you’d have to be locked up at home not to see them because they’ve become quite popular since their rebirth last year. But Ford isn’t stopping at bringing back the Bronco, they’ve got one more surprise up their sleeve.
An all-new, sexier, and beastly Bronco Raptor is coming soon to the Ford lots all over the country, including here at Essential Ford of Stuart. Of course, the Bronco is already versatile enough as it is. Still, the new Raptor is packed full of even more off-roading capability, unstoppable power, and all the attitude you could ever way in an SUV.
We recently got a sneak preview of the 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor prototype and were blown away at what Ford has been developing. You can see it in action for yourself here with a First Look YouTube video from The Bronco Nation. Today, we wanted to share some of the features we’re most excited about when the Raptor comes available this summer.
Styling & Features
The all-new Raptor sits on 37-inch all-terrain tires and is supported by a robust suspension system, LED marker lights hidden inside the grille, wide stance, and a Rigid LED fog and driving lights that have been integrated into the front bumper. Some of these features you may already recognize from the Ford F-150 Raptor.
In the video, you’ll see that the Raptor prototype is a hard-top, and we’re not yet sure if there will be a soft-top roof Bronco Raptor available.
Engine & Performance
The 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor is by far the most potent Bronco that Ford has announced to date. Because the Bronco Raptor likes to play at high speeds in the desert like in the prototype first look video, you can likely bet Ford packed the incredible power of a twin-turbocharged V-6 that’s getting somewhere around 400-horsepower with the pedal to the metal.
